Great Service, but Faulty Products!

I wouldn't purchase another Neato. I purchased my original and it was faulty and unusable after 10 months. It was under warranty so was sent a replacement. 8 months later and new faulty issues made it so the battery was bad and needed replaced. Customer service was very nice, timely and helpful, but they wouldn't replace the faulty battery since the original purchase was over a year. I do not think this is acceptable. If I have a faulty product with a one-year warranty and you send me a new product, that product should have a one-year warranty as well. Don't waste your time on an very nice, expensive robot vacuum that is faulty in less than a year!
