In the middle of a central New York storm today a limb from my large white pine tree ripped the wires down and including my meter box. Mr.Styles a worker for National Grid and Baldwinsville resident worked very hard to get my power on. The wind was blowing and the snow was falling but he worked diligently to get my lines connected and still maintained his great sense of humor I felt his great attitude calmed me and his" We will get it done" was very refreshing. He treated me as the most important person .He never complained about the cold or having to cut through the shrubs in his way. He is a great asset to your company and a model of how customers want to be treated. I hope you will convey to him how much I appreciate all his hard work.
