I’ve taken advantage of the free cases three times over the last year or so. I’ve only paid $9.95 for shipping. I was skeptical at first. I’ve gotten two of the waterproof cases and I’m now waiting for the third. It works great underwater in the pool or at the beach. I’ve even dropped it down a full flight of concrete stairs not a scratch or crack! I drop my phone often. I’ve never felt with customer service. I recommend the water proof case. It works great and keeps my phone safe. Con: the thin soft front cover make it look like water or air bubbles on the screen. Kind of annoying but have learned to ignore it.
