Great Product AWFUL service

I placed my first order with hairtru.com in order to receive 1st bottle free and only pay shipment I had to be on auto refill. 1st order was received fine 4 days after ordering. When 30 day automatic order shipment came. Company charged my card on August 4th and never shipped the product. I emailed the company over 8 times in the past 10 days and no return emails. The phone number on the website is bogus. The company is based out of Arizona. Sad because I can say with 1 month supply and use the product is good. However the customer service end of it sucks and lacks any kind of professional business sense. I ended up at my bank having to change my account number and disputing the 26.00 charge. Do not fall for them shipping out reorders.
