Great product and horrible support

First off, I love the fan and the new lights I purchased. But . . . I purchased a kit to change the single light on the fan into 4 lights so we could get more light in the room. Great kit and easy to install and did include 4 bulbs. But no shades were included with the kit and nothing on the website to indicate that they weren't included. Then, when I purchased the shades (again on the website), there was no indication that 1 item actually included 4 shades so I ended up buying 4 items (6 shades). Casablanca did allow me to return the extra shades but it's been such a hassle and so frustrating. Calling support is a complete waste of time. Automated answering that does not offer any options pertain to the problem.
