Great improvement in customer service

I have been ordering from sundance catalogue for a few years now. In the past i would agree with most of the bad reviews. Slow on exchanges, poor customer service, etc. I think they must be listening. I think they have improved greatly on expediting returns and being more proactive with customer service. I love their clothes.
