But as a business owner who has been shipping products via common LTL carriers for over 15 years, I understand issues will arise. Unishippers does a great job as a 3rd party. They handle all of the issues that arise so that I dont have to. They keep me in the loop and have been very successful winning claims and disputes with these carriers. On top of the service, they were able to cut my shipping overhead by about 20% so far this year.
