Great experience – 5 stars

Bought my kids all shoes for Xmas from Rackroom Shoes. Of course the one shoe that didn't fit was for the 50% off purchased item. Return was easy & online phone representative helped me reorder the correct size honoring the price I had previously paid because it was just an exchange. Thank you Rackroom Shoes. I am a happy customer!!
