In June of 2017 I had a bad tire and was told the wheel was bent. I am now thinking it wasnt not balanced. So the Woodruff Road store talked me into buying 2 aftermarket wheels. When tokd my car was ready they haf not put the hubcap back on and said that it would not fit and where would I like it? I asked where it came from and thwy said the tire so thats where i told them I wanted it back. So they beat the hubcap back on, cracked and I was told if it came off to come back. So here it is 2019 and I just haf the tires rotated and when my car is ready it is sitting there without 2 hubcaps. Again they tell me they do not fit and I said that they came off so again were beaten and cracked even more.....and if they come off they would buy a new det at Wal Mart. These are factory...Toyota. I do not want aftermarket. So I have gone to the store for a refund on the wheels and they will not refund. Only to try to sell me more tires and give me a partial credit.....
