We bought a building 5 years ago from SteelMaster Buildings and have been super pleased with both the quality of the product as well as the service. I decided to buy from SteelMaster after I contacted a couple of other steel building and was turned off by their sales tactics. SteelMaster took the time to educate me on my aspects of the building and walked me through the whole process before I made my purchase. Upon delivery, I had a few questions on the construction of my building and when I called in I discovered there was a 5 person customer service team available to assist me. The people that I spoke with were super helpful and I was able to construct my building with no issues. 2 years later I decided to add on a few items (vent and skylight) and they were great in helping me. As for the quality of the building, we live in a hurricane prone area in the Delmarva area and it's withstood many storms like a champ!
