Yesterday Wednesday Aug 1, 2018 my husband, our 3 small grandkids & I went to the Golden Nugget on Diversy & Pulaski in Chicago IL. After eating we were Presented with a $71 check! We asked why the Bill was so High Considering we've Eaten there before & the kids ordered basically the same thing from the Kids Menu! When my husband question the bill the Manager told him Gratuity is 5 or more Regardless if they're kids! They've didn't Charged us gratuity the last we were there with the same Grandkids! I though Gratuity was Normally 6 or more! We felt Ripped off! He Could have WAIVED it that one time because we didn't know & the Waitress said they're starting New Rules! ALMOST A $100 Breakfast due to Gratuity & only a little Food Ordered! I feel we Deserve some type of Reimbursement!
