I was hired to work for this company a few weeks ago and i went to a interview and gave my papers to some women manager that Jesus Toledo has as his personal book keeper.first as i noticed the atmosphere everybody was so unprofessional and their behavior was very very provocative and flirtatious with each other.this women manager that i went into her office and she started getting personal with me and asking me personal questions, i felt very uncomfortable as she was trying to flirt with me, she is in her late 40's i am assuming and the receptionist a cuban girl by the name of Ziola giving me smiles and other body gestures that made me think if i really want to stay at this office,another filthy guy Juan Carlos working there is a very rude and uneducated person from Cuba and flirts with these women continuously .so i was hired and promised many positions from Jesus who is the owner.after working there 1 week it has come to me understanding that Jesus does not have any office procedures that employees follow.all employees of the company take multiple breaks for cigarettes and they are always socializing with each other drinking coffee and on internet media, texting etc.Jesus the owner does not have any authority to keep all employees in the strict work atmosphere he lets all employees do whatever they want anytime they want.So i put my notice to leave as this company is definitely not what i am looking to pursue my career in.something isn't right with company and its employees as i have never seen any corporate company and employees behaving in such a indecent behavior with one another.if you are looking for a clean professional atmosphere to work in , then this company is definitely not for anyone looking to enhance there career.
