Was booking for a grab. Price shown is $11. I understand if there's no grab available. So we tried for 3 times. The 4th time, the price increased by $1. Its fine as it's 1 dollar. So we try again to book. But no grab available! Then the 5th time the price spike from $12 to $15!! And still no grab!! We wasted our time there. It's a shopping mall and it's not a deserted place! And the $4 price spike?! Unacceptable and disappointed.
