Grab driver no show, no call, and finished the order without notification

Order name:Hsu Hsuan Ning, number [protected], booking ID: [protected]-C22HJZE2G66ZAX, order time: 16:58 Three things : 1. I ordered the first delivery from grab in 16:58 in 4 Sep, and no one call and the deliver just finished my order at 17:36 without any notification; 2. Calling the service center, the person said would deliver again in 30m, and after 30m, same thing happened, no one called, no one showed up 3. I Called the service center second time, the person on the phone told me I need to wait for fk another 30m, and the time was up again, still no one, no called, no responded I ordered the food in 4pm, now is 7 pm, almost 3hour passed, I paid and got nothing. Center service didn't help anything, Anytime I called, it took me 30m to clarrifiied what happened and the thing still haven't been solved. I am calling the hotline and phone was picked up but no one speaked anything on the phone. This is a simple and easy thing, and I really doubt and question what your center service did.
