Grab car lost item

I booked a ride on July 7, 2021 from Wensha Pasay, the driver Mr. Froilan Gonzales pick us up at 8:10pm & we arrived in Santillan Praise Condominium at 8:31 we were 3pax my son was seated Infront & I seated at the back together w/ his GF, during our ride I collected the money the they owe me so, I used my phone Huawei nova3i calculator . I also grab my wallet from the deepest part of my bag so, I can put the cash . Then we arrived went straight to our unit . I was sleepy from the massage so, I relaxed for awhile before I gather my stuff in my bag I was looking for my phone & we found out past 9pm that night we called but out of reach & my Son also tried to locate via my Google acct but we failed.. we are not expert on this because it never happened to us. I panicked, because I have all my bank details, credit cards, photos, documents for work. That phone is my life & my work . As a freelance real estate agent my listing, clients contact is very important. Eventually, I found a way to log-in to my Grab acct then email a complaint on Grab help, Grab said that w/in 12 hrs I must contact the driver to retrieve the item. So, I called the number registered on my grab history, but the driver didn't reply or answer my call. So, we look for him on Facebook & we found to accts. I sent a message in Fb messenger of the driver but he replied on the 9th of July . After I had filed a police report as grab asked me to do & send it to them via email . The driver said that he was sorry, he forgot to check the back seat because he got another passenger right away after he dropped us off & he also ask the passenger next to me & his reliever driver no phone was found . I also paid a tracker app to locate my phone it was somewhere in Pasay . Surely, it was now stolen. Because, all 3 of us passengers are just in Makati. My last conversation w/ the Grab lost item his name is JC said that now the driver is willing to talk to me at the police station. I am a Grab subscriber so, Grab must answer to my complaint for payment of my lost item, damages, stress emotional & physical also the time, effort, money spent to try to recover my item . I don't have a back-up on my phone so, I have to start from the scratch . Grab PROMISED safety, security, comfort & convenience . But during this incident I felt the opposite.
