I had a 1:00 appointment for a simple wheel alignment. I arrived 15 minutes early, they did not look at my vehicle until 4:00. Then they came to me with information that my vehicle needed a ball joint, and a tire rod. They tried to charge me over $1200.00 dollars for the service. I looked at this like these people are trying to gouge me. I was very upset, and told the man to give me my keys, and left very upset. A day wasted.They charged me $22.99 for the inspection. I will never go to firestone ever again, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there, because they are dishonest. They don't even get one star they get a big fat zero!!!!! User's recommendation: Don't go to firestone,they will screw you good.
