No one answers and no one is there to answer any questions.I saw a "legal notice" about "arbitration" and I called their number and left a message - 800-423-****.I informed them that their site is advertising steel pans that are actually aluminum which is deceptive advertising. I told them I will be refusing the shipment when it arrives so that they can pay return postage. I told them that the order form has no return address and no phone number and no contact information of any kind. I expect a full refund. Original review posted by user Nov 12, 2020 Being sold as STEEL pan - It says Gotham(TM) Steel. Then I noticed at the bottom of the website *High grade aluminum cookware with stainless steel handle. I have spent an hour trying to reach customer support to find out what these pans are actually made of. Went to order a $19.99 pan and ended up being billed for $117.00. I may refuse the shipment and have UPS sent it back. I am not able to get any information on what these pans are made of. Company will not pay for return shipping. I may just refuse the shipment and chuck it User's recommendation: DON'T BUY at bottom it says *High grade aluminum cookware with stainless steel handle.so these are NOT STEEL PANS.
