Got stranded
My box failed me at .77 BAC - this would mean I am in a comma. I continued two more times over the course of 15 minutes and my BAC went to .045 and then .065. It locked me out. I called the 247 customer support and was not able to reach anyone. I tried six times and each time it through me in to the "rate this call" voicemail. I was stranded and I could not get ahold of anyone and ultimately had to take an uber. I go the following day to get the box calibrated and they tell me that the box is not calibrating and is faulty. DUH or I'd be in the hospital with a coma. I was there for an hour and a half. The majority of the time was the calibration guy being on HOLD for a rep. Finally the box had to be replaced and intoxolock was not able to give a reason what the issue was. This is the second time I needed intoxolock replaced in my car and I've only had it for 2 months. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and now I cannot even get a call back to talk about what happened to anyone. It left me stranded. Imagine if I was far from home?
