I HAD AN ACCIDENT and the guy that hit me stated I DIDNT SEE YOU AND WHEN I DID IT WAS TOO LATE.I DIDNT SEE THE CAR MYSELF. IT turned out he came out of the Mall parking lot and stated he was taking a right to go to the dentist. Well the dentist ofc is on the left The guy's InsurANC E TOOK IT TO ARBITRATION. I called Safeco and told them I found 2 witnesses to my accident adjuster stated well its in arbitration and we are not going to file because if we loose we will have to pay their expenses. now I am getting a letter stating they paid the other guy Insurance we were found 50/50 at fault so now I am questioning if they are filing my expenses but they are not responding to me .......I AM NOT LETTING THIS GO. I CA NOT APPEAL ARBITRATION but if it is 50/50 Safeco owes me some money
