Ordered the gracious lavender basket to be delivered to a funeral. I upgraded it to be larger than the one online in the picture. When it arrived, there were approximately 25 flowers in the whole thing and I paid $165!!!! It took me a week to get a hold of a manager and he told me he had to talk to other managers. They decided to refund me only $30!!!! I basically was told too bad if I didn't like it. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!D
