Got one out of three units and still waiting

I ordered Google WIFE 3 pack and paid for it. Immediately got a FedEx tracking number which got redirected while in transit. After few days one unit landed in a Walmart box along with some candy. The other two units never showed up. I have been writing to the site for a refund for the remaining two units but no response. Is there a physical phone number and a person to contact at? How do I get my money bacK? $229
