Got one newspaper for a month’s subscription, and customer service won’t cancel and refund

I got one paper for a month's service, and the rude customer service will not just charge me for one paper and cancel. There is not online way to cancel, only this rude fool who will neither give me the paper for free to maintain a good face in public like a normal manager. He will not cancel it for any reason, and I must beg the credit card company to cancel it.D User's recommendation: Do not buy this paper.
