Got my TOEFL exam cancelled for no reason and not rescheduled nor refunded

I paid and registered for a TOEFL exam. My exam was cancelled the night before, with an e-mail, no reason provided. Hence, I did not receive details for connecting to the exam session. Before exam time, I tried to call customer service and use the website chat. I did not get answers on time. When getting in the chat, the employee told me that my case would get escalated. Soon after, I got an e-mail saying that I did not show to the exam, hence I lost all my money. They did not answer anymore to my complaining e-mails. I did not get an offer to reschedule the exam, or to get a refund. I can provide the exam confirmation e-mail, the cancellation e-mail I received, the chat with the employee, the other e-mail exchanges. Thanks for any help. User's recommendation: Avoid this company, there are other you can try.
