I've been working at this company for a year everything was going good then for some reason the manager of housekeeping started to reduce my hours for no reason I was workin 40 hrs every week then it was reduced to juz 10 hrs a week.i asked my manager Aida malabie for more hours and she will always reply back that season is slow and that she'll call me when she needs me to come in.Its been 2 months that I've been off I called my manager and left several voice messages and she still hasn't returned any of my phone calls.I don't understand why she is doing this I never got a complaint from anyone and I would always perform my job well and complete duties on time.
