I took my elderly mother for her yearly appt today in Adult Medicine on the 2nd floor at the Oakey office. The doctor, nurses and staff were exceptional as always. After our visit, she needed to use the restroom and let me tell you. There was a little hispanic girl wearing WORKOUT PANTS TIGHT AS EVER and both ear buds in her ears and she did not hear either of us asking her for help. I tapped her shoulder and then to my surprise, she replied back, no speak english. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Please get better janitors that can at least SPEAK OUR LANGUAGE.
