I kept getting product after I ordered a free sample. I was told the offer stating monthly mailings of product. I got return numbers for the product I could return and never rec'd a refund. Tried the company and go someone who wanted to put me in contact with a lawyer and I had to pay $1.00 Why can't I contact Bioderm and find out about my refund. Bad bad customer service and a low ball sneaky business deal. User's recommendation: Do not buy the sample.
