Got a no show penalty for a room we didn’t even book!!!

Reservation counter is a scam!!!!!! They charged my husband and I a room we didn't make a reservation for!!! They said we made the reservation!!!!! The hotel we didn't even stay at charged us a no show penalty!!!! Reservation counter will take your money!!!! Buyers Beware!!!! Never make a reservation with them!!! Make your reservation directly through the hotel you want to stay!!! Not with reservation counter!!!!!!!
