Got 1 pair of shoes wrong size and was charged twice… Please get to the bottom of my problem

Tid [protected] of order [protected] I ordered mens oxford shoes and received the wrong size My wallet containing my credit/debit card about the same time. I cancelled cards and got new numbers, but you used that new account twice... Size us9.5 black I did get an email from david in customer service but your address worked 1 or 2 times for him to see bar codes and box id's. I spent about 6 hours taking pics, uploading and most of the time message can back mail-dameon. David needed, 11 in all. Time wasted because wwwlightinthebox.com is terrible. I need a refund deposit on my account asap. I copied/pasted web site, so how can some go through if it is stored in memory if I have to, I will use ups from chicago to china and charge your company.
