GORDMANS MAJORLY MESSED UP MY CREDIT

I had a credit card balance of 40 $ I paid it within the month it was due. Ever since I kept getting an outstanding bill for something I already. Paid I got it taken care of by a manager with Gordmans. And Now my credit is shot. Because someone didn't take it off my record. Need this resolved ASAP
