The Goodwill Outlet in Fort Worth TX is deplorable for several reasons. First, it is filthy. There are flies everywhere and looks more like the City Dump than a shopping Outlet. There is no air conditioning or it is not being used. The average temperatures for a Texas Summer usually range in the 100s. It also smells of fecal material at all times. The bathrooms are filthy. Your Goods Selection is questionable. We twice have come across McKesson Lab Specimen containers. This is no joke. There is definitely a Public Health Risk at this location. Secondly, no casual shopping is possible because gangs have moved in to the bins and never leave. There are about 20 people who are there daily and stay all day camping out along a back wall where they have made it their business to agressively grab every pair of shoes or something of value that is being brought out. They take every shoe in the place. They are no even shopping for shoes, they are grabbing at anything that resembles a shoe, take it over to their group of buddies who have parked themselves along a back wall for the day, attempt make a match of the shoe to another, and, if they can't, hold the mismatched shoe until they have found the match. They end up with entire shopping carts with nothing but shoes. They obviously have some sort of reselling scheme they are shopping for. This gives no one else a chance to shop for shoes. They are very aggressive and pushy. I am sure they have no U.S. reseller license since they do not seem to speak English. I'm not sure they are even U.S. Citizens. Please address these issues.
