Goods stolen

I had a large parcel delivered to Doddle Ilford , I notified the branch in question (Debenhams) that I would collect my goods in two weeks which they said was fine , When I arrived to my surprise all Doddle displays , stock and my goods were gone! there was no phone number or address where I could contact them to collect my goods, all that the department store said is that they no longer operate from the store and all they have is an email for contact. I sent more that 10 emails to them and each time they replied with , ( We are working with our carriers and due to changes we have difficulties in locating your parcel ) this went on for 12 days at the end they said we are sorry but your goods are lost ! ( Stolen more like as this is private property ) I am now in the process of claiming the value of my goods in the small claims court. What a Joke never use them they will nick your goods!
