I ordered Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews online from Bealls Florida retail store. I ordered the gift wrapping at $3 a gift extra since I have been sick for 3 weeks and was delighted I could pay extra and have them gift wrapped. The box of gifts arrived Monday, half opened, with everything just thrown in the box with no packing materials and NO GIFT WRAPPING! I'm so glad I had them sent to my home instead of the nieces and nephews. I sent an email to Bealls Florida immediately and to date have heard nothing. Would not have cared had I not had to pay per gift to have them wrapped. But to pay for something and not receive the service you paid for is frustrating. I will not use them again.
