I used to work abroad for 10 years but before that I was a client of this bank. Before relocating I closed the account and switched to a local bank. Now, when I am back, I visited the branch to open the account again. Fortunately, they had all my personal data in the database and I needed to bring only a few papers. When you complain about our banks, just please understand that our service level is beyond compare. We may reach the services online, and request mortgages or loans online as well. While the country where I used to work demanded my in-person visits for all the inquiries. I totally love this bank, and will recommend it to all inpatient people who need a service “now or never”.
