I buy and sell a lot of bikes. 99% Harlies and have had him do several services Several tires,wheels, carb work. he is also good with the fuel injected problems. The one bike wouldnt do over 30 mph. I took it to him and it was a simple ground wire. Another shop who I will not name told me I needed a motor rebuild. Walt could of raked me over coals. But its not in his DNA.
