Good sams lack of paying

I paid $165.00 for years and when I would take it in for problems only to have good sam not pay a dime. well you know good sam has a $1000.00 before we pay. good sam has burnt me for the last time. and you ask for your money back. they have no one who will handle the complaint. so if you have bad sam drop them. find another better company.
