I made reservations to stay at Fayettevill RV Resort, 6250 Wade Stedman Road, Wade, North Carolina 28395. Good morning, I made reservations to stay at your resort in February of this year set for June26, 2019 consisting of 2 RV sites and studio cottage and a deposite of $202.35 was charged to my Visa credit card. June 13th I canceled one RV site due to heart bypass surgery and was issued $20 refund. on the 22nd I canceled the other reservations because my daughter and granddaughter decided that they should be with the family during this critical procedure. your cancelation rules do not allow for emergency changes and I think it is very greedy of your RV resort to charge me $182.35 for this emergency situation!
