Extremely poor customer service provided. Basically the customer service person was a complete *** I am not sure why they would hire somebody to treat customers like dirt. I am honestly considering dumping Audible because of it. I had called to see what opportunities the company provided for upgrading my current plan. The person was short in responses and very difficult to understand. Plus he was seemingly laughing in another conversation instead taking questions seriously. Nothing is more upsetting than a person who is hired to provide customer service and then is any but a person who should be providing customer service. Unfortunately there is a way I know of to pass this information on to Audible. They don't provide a method for a customer to report a bad customer service incident. User's recommendation: I have no idea how to fix this from happening. Audible should review their customer service calls.
