Often time a person things that GC is calling them to bill them, when it is a fraud that is placing the call or GC calls because someone has stolen that person identity and made an account in their name. This can be resolved, but the person has to talk to us first. If they dont answer the call, GC can only assume that they owe the debt. I love working at GC to catch people who are hurting and using others for their own gain.
