The rail passes that I had bought didn't arrive. I contacted ACP, where I immediately got a friendly answer and a confirmation, that new passes were issued and sent from London. These had still not appeared after 8 days (mail should take 2-3 days from UK to Sweden). The day after, they came, and according to the stamp on the letter, ACP had sent them on the very day I got the second passes issued. ACP did a great job trying to resolve a situation where our departure got closer and closer.
