Hi I went to pollo tropical on federal highway fort Lauderdale I was going to go drive through but it was very busy so I decided to go in with my boyfriend and we were inside and nobody wanted to help us we were standing for about 10 minutes and I decide to say something I say can I place my order please and guy talk to another guy and one of them decide to tell me sorry we can take u order right now you have to wait just didn't say anything and wait finally 5 minutes later Spanish guy look like a supervisor or maybe a manager came to registrate to take my order with an attitude ask me what I want tell me we don't have no onions I say that's fine. was $20.40 I gave him the money he didn't take the money .. walked away I told he was going to get my food but he didn't he went inside the restaurant or the kitchen still waiting come back and finally got my food money still at the counter I never got to receive I finally got their food when I got home realize the rice was hard undercooked on my plantains were burned they were black my French fries were undercooked.. I was so upset about the situation and then throwing away the fries not really touch the rice because it was so hard I look like they mix other cooked rice with another rice anyway .very bad experience and I like to share wish you guys ..
