Good luck trying to make a return

We made an online purchase of a pair of shoes that was delivered and were too small. Following their return policy we contacted the company but were ignored. Used the phone number on the shipping label. This went to a Swedish Hasbeens voicemail. We never heard back. Using their email notices we made several attempts to reply and ask to make a return but heard nothing from them. Finally we emailed them that we would be filing a credit dispute. Now, they replied and said they didn’t have a working customer service number and they had sent a return label to us. This they did not do. We have every email going back and forth. Checking our purchase history we had bought using a bank card. Which is much harder to file a dispute. We never heard back again from them.
