We've been with Ring central for almost five yrs. The VOIP service itself is OK. It's a phone, it rings and makes calls. No big deal. Customer service is abhorrent. Long wait times, multiple holds and transfers. Issues usually take multiple calls to resolve. Here's the big kicker. SALES is definitely someone in the USA, however when calling for tech support, you get sent overseas to a call center (Even if you SPECIFICALLY ask not to be transferred overseas). Luck of the draw there. you MAY get someone with understandable English, you may not. When they want your money, you can bet, they give you someone who you can understand. when it comes to service after the sale, lets just say they already have your money so it's really not a concern of theirs anymore. You may want to call for yourself and see if you get hung up on as I did. Ask for Matt, he's a real pleasure to deal with.
