Good cold and over cooked

All of Our food was cold waited for over 30 minutes and the hot dog was so hard you couldnt even chew it and it was busted open. The burgers were over cooked practically burnt!! Fries were hard and cold It was the worst I have ever had. My order # was 189 on August 15th. User's recommendation: Check your food.
