Good Camera glasses, HORRIBLE support

I have been trying to contact Zetronix for weeks on 2 issues, one is my camera has a loose wire or something when I close the ear piece it shuts off the power. No answer, I even tried using chat support, they "said be patient" That was several weeks ago. They claim a 1 year warranty but if they don't answer customers that is worthless! TERRIBLE SUPPORT!
