As an employee of HG, feel they are inefficient to the max. No returns after 30 days. Period. The inefficiency of not having a manger at the front .not good. Better is one manager designated each shift up front. Also a go back person and carry out..available up front or within 50 ft. The chaos created by no mgr, carry out avail or go back is costing money. Be the company with good value and customer service. Pay attention to hazards behind the register..too many wires and trip hazards with go backs. I can run efficiently and get a line down but I see a company only about bottom line. Wake up!
