After 7 years of being a “valued” member I closed all three of my accounts. When I signed up for automatic payment for my credit card, it never went through. Even after being told it did. Some months later. Late fees, credit dings, etc....they would not admit fault, take back the fees, or contact the credit bureau. They said they had no record of me personally dropping off the form and signing for it. The trainee that was working obviously made an error which reflected poorly on me. Ybor City branch, Tampa Florida. I have put up with their “automated” teller system now for several years, which sucks to say the least. But this was the last straw. They also have terrible fraud protection. Took me having to walk into a branch to stop someone who hacked my info and spent several thousand dollars up the state of Florida in a three day stretch. Some Dection that was. If you value your money, go somewhere else. The sheer and utter inconvenience of having to change all of my bank numbers in my life is worth the principle of me leaving this bank. I hope in the future they begin to value their members much better than they valued me.
