Golden Doodle 2 bad hips

Our Golden Doodle has severe hip dysplasia and because of his bad hips he tore both his knees.. It breaks our heart to see our year old dog in such pain. For a 1700.00 dollar dog there should be better breeding lines to avoid these kinds of issues.
