Product was purchased in August 2018 I thought I was buying a top of the line product, but 2 years 4 months later the coil is leaking in multiple places and needs to be replaced. I have video footage of the bubble leaks and I am very disappointed in the quality control at American Standard. Yes, your part is covered under warranty, but it will cost me over $800.00 in labor to have it installed. YOUR faulty product is costing me money. I expect American Standard to mitigate these additional expenses if they want to continue to be considered an upstanding company that stands behind their products.
