I’ve been a member for 5 years now and haven’t had a problem up until the last year or so. My biggest complaint is with their *** fraud department. My debit card has been declined numerous times over the past 3 days and I have had to make multiple phone calls to speak with someone about the charges (which were valid btw) just to get them to unblock my card. I have been using my card to make these SAME purchases (ie purchasing from the same location with the same company name) for the past 2 years with no issues and now all of a sudden they are flagging my purchases left and right. It’s obvious that they don’t give a damn about what an inconvenience this is. I’ve missed lunch the past 3 days because I have to spend my whole break on hold waiting to get the card unblocked only to have to call again the next day. The representative even told me there is no way to guarantee this won’t happen again even though I explained these purchases are all VALID and I’ve been making them for the past two years. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the hassle and *** customer service.
