Goggles4u has officially blocked me from their site

I guess it was easier to block me than to actually try to fix matters... I cant view my cart, I cant view glasses, i cant do anything but chat with a rep.. which ive told them i have no access and they said its "under maintenance " def staying away from online sites now anyways my issue with the company was .... i ordered some glasses they arrived faulty (first pair) contacted them they replaced but sent another faulty glasses (second pair) PS... ive used parents & bfs phone to make sure the site is working for their phone . and it does :p
